  A package was left at this store for me by the sender. I needed to return the package and sender provided me with a shipping label. I called the UPS store and they told me I could email them the return label and they would take care of everything for me so I didn't need to make an extra trip to the store. They (Rande) even emailed me a scanned confirmation code so I could see the package was on it's way back to the sender. Excellent customer service! Thank you!

  Had to ship an unusually shaped package to my son in New York. I received the BEST service from an employee named Howie. Great service with a pleasant personality. Would recommend going when Howie was there.

  Very poor and disappointing experience. I came into the store and wanted to ship overseas. Came in at 245pm, and was told I couldn't ship it because the store was closing and a 'different policy' applied to international shipments. The staff said it was too late to ship and I had to come another day. I am surprised that coming in on time qualifies you for a poor customer experience.

  This is a great UPS Store. It is a new owner, I think his name is Reggie, and he is great. They do a great job working with businesses. He helped me design some new business cards and had them printed. He also has mailboxes for rent, so I was able to add a street address for my business. It helps my clients mail things to a street address rather than a PO Box since I work from home. All in all a good place. If you need business services, I would check it out.
